From US-1/PGA Blvd – travel West for 1.8 miles. Make a right on Lake Victoria Gardens Drive/Avenue. Then, make your first left on Kyoto Gardens Drive. Followed by an immediate right into Downtown at the Gardens. Cabo Flats will be to your left.

From the Florida Turnpike Northbound/Southbound - Exit 109 PGA Blvd. Make a left on PGA Blvd. Travel approximately 3 miles. Turn left on lake Victoria Gardens Avenue. Then, make an immediate left on Kyoto Gardens Drive. Followed by an immediate right into Downtown at the Gardens. Cabo Flats will be to your left.
