Ground chicken, mushrooms, onions, peanuts, sesame oil, cilantro, and a jalapeño ginger glaze, topped with carrots and served with iceberg lettuce cups.

Two empanadas filled with ground beef and Cabo’s cheese blend topped with pico de gallo and cotija cheese. Served with Spicy Yucatan salsa. (MS)

Two pieces of grilled corn served on skewers, cilantro lime garlic aioli, Cotija cheese, Cabo’s spice blend.

Yellowfin tuna, avocado, pickled onion, cilantro, tomato, mango dressing, lime juice, sesame oil served in a crispy wonton shell topped with shredded carrots.

Grilled shrimp, romaine, iceberg, grilled corn, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, Cabo’s cheese blend, crispy tortilla strips, cilantro lime vinaigrette.

Romaine, iceberg, Cabo’s cheese blend, black beans, grilled corn, tomatoes, and avocado, topped with ground beef in a crispy flour tortilla bowl.

Butter toasted challah bread, Cabo’s cheese blend, crispy bacon, roasted garlic tomato aioli served with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup.

Ground sirloin and chorizo mixed with jalepeños and onions topped with Cabo’s cheese blend, guacamole, and chipotle aioli served on Texas Toast. Served with fries, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.

With 1 Lb of Adobo chicken, mexican rice, black beans, Cabo’s cheese blend, onions, peppers wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with your choice of tomatillo, ranchero or mole sauce. (Substitute Any Protein).

Queso, Shredded Beef, Chicken Tinga
3 hand rolled soft corn tortillas served with Mexican Rice and refried beans topped with your choice of tomatillo, ranchero or mole sauce.

(Pounded thin grilled chicken breast). Topped with a spinach salad including eggs, red peppers, onion, warm bacon vinaigrette.
